A beauty & wellness training academy with no audience, no database, no funnel. My team built the growth machine from the ground up: full-funnel ads, email sequences, remarketing — on tight budgets.
What made it work
Full-funnel from day one. Awareness → lead gen → conversion, with email doing the heavy lifting between ad touches. Most academies burn budget on cold conversion campaigns; we built an audience asset instead.
Budget discipline. Every scaling decision came from data thresholds, not optimism. That’s how you sustain 9x for three years instead of one hot quarter.

What made it work
Angles matched to buyer psychology. Each department (chiro, gynae, dental, aesthetics) got its own angle testing based on what its patients actually cared about — not one generic “book now” message.
Quality over volume. We stopped celebrating message counts and started measuring booked appointments. The clinic grew departments from one doctor to multiple doctors each.

Onyx Medical Center — from agency-burned to compounding sales
One year old, burned by multiple agencies, running ads in-house out of frustration. We narrowed everything to two high-value services and rebuilt for sales, not clicks.
What made it work
Focus beats spread. Hair transplants and fat-loss packages — the two services with real margin — got 100% of the budget. Everything else waited.
Tracking before scaling. Proper conversion tracking meant every increase in spend was a decision, not a gamble. ROAS climbed from 3x to 4.5x while volume grew.
