High-Ticket Enrolments at a 4.6x ROAS for Andreea Zoia, a Global Public Speaking Coach, with Meta Ads and a Full Launch Funnel
Andreea Zoia is a global public speaking coach selling a high-ticket online programme to professionals. From May 2023, Gateway Marketing Digital built and ran her entire launch system, from Meta ads to the funnel, sales page and email sequences, with the strategy led by Ambreen Hasan. Across two launches our work sold her programme at a 4.6x return on ad spend, with the first launch returning 5.5x from cold traffic and 2.84% of leads going on to buy.
Client Overview
Andreea Zoia sells a six-week online group programme in public speaking and communication to executives, managers and content creators worldwide, priced from USD 2,799.
She hired us in May 2023 to build the full launch funnel and run the Meta ads that would sell a premium programme to people who had never heard of her, launch after launch.
Objective
Our Approach
A Launch Funnel Built to Sell Before the Price
Ambreen Hasan built the strategy around one principle: prospects should see Andreea teach before they see a price. We built the whole launch around a free video lesson, with a premium opt-in page, a long-form sales page, a video sales letter script and an email nurture that carried every lead from the lesson to the offer. We added flexible payment options at checkout and set up full lead and purchase tracking.
We wrote ad angles by persona. A CEO preparing for a board presentation needs a different hook from a manager dreading a team meeting, so each audience got its own message.
Launch One, 5.5x ROAS From Cold Traffic
Prospecting campaigns drove cold audiences to the free lesson, and retargeting moved engaged viewers to the sales page. Mid-launch we refreshed the copy, added video creative and tightened the sales page based on live data.
Launch one closed at a 5.5x return on ad spend. The funnel generated leads at about AED 58 per lead, and 2.84% of those leads enrolled, a strong lead-to-sale conversion rate for a programme worth several thousand dollars.
Optimising the Next Launch From the Data
Because the funnel already converted, our priority for launch two was a lower cost per lead, not a rebuild. We rewrote the ad copy, refined the landing page and wrote a new email sequence. Launch two returned 3.7x, keeping the programme at 4.6x across both launches.
We then moved the programme towards an evergreen model, so sales would no longer depend on launch windows alone, and relaunched it with a revamped free lesson, web copy and ads.
The Results
Our approach here mirrors the full-funnel strategy behind 1,500+ academy enrolments: let buyers try first, then sell.
“You are an absolute ROCK STAR OF MARKETING!”

Frequently Asked Questions
How do coaches get clients with Facebook ads?
Sell the result before the price: run Meta ads to a free lesson, nurture leads by email, then retarget them to a sales page. This is the launch funnel we built for Andreea Zoia, and it sold her high-ticket programme at a 4.6x ROAS. Cold audiences rarely buy coaching from an ad, but they will buy after the coach has already helped them once.
What ROAS can a coach expect from a high-ticket programme launch?
A well-built launch funnel on a strong offer can return 4x to 5x or more. Our strategy for Andreea returned 5.5x on launch one and 4.6x across both launches. High-ticket launches should be judged on the full launch window, never the first week, because buyers at this price take time to decide.
How much does a lead cost for coaching on Facebook ads?
It depends on the offer and audience, but the number to watch is the lead-to-sale rate, not just cost per lead. Launch one generated leads at about AED 58 each, and 2.84% of them enrolled in a programme priced from USD 2,799. A slightly higher cost per lead from serious buyers beats cheap leads that never convert.
Can you sell a high-ticket online course to cold traffic?
Yes, with the right funnel. We sold Andreea’s programme to cold Meta audiences at a 5.5x return on launch one, with pay-in-full and instalment options at checkout. Instalments are not a discount: they remove the price shock that stops a qualified buyer at the last step.
