372 Leads at AED 6.58 Each and Programme Sales Within Weeks for Anita Milovac, a Global Coaching Brand, with Meta Ads and a Full Funnel Build
Anita Milovac is a global coaching brand selling 1:1, group and corporate programmes to women. From June 2023, Gateway Marketing Digital built her lead generation system on Meta ads, from offer structure to funnel pages, emails and ads, then rebuilt her website, with the strategy led by Ambreen Hasan. Our masterclass funnel delivered 372 leads at AED 6.58 per lead, 130+ in its first 6 days, and programme sales within weeks of launch.
Client Overview
Anita Milovac sells coaching programmes in energetics and embodiment to women worldwide, as 1:1 and group programmes, workshops and corporate programmes.
Before working with us, new clients came one at a time through social media and referrals. She hired us to build a funnel and run the Meta ads that would bring in qualified leads and programme sales every month, and later to rebuild her website as a sales platform.
Objective
Our Approach
Offer Structure and the Masterclass Funnel
We started with the offer, not the ads. We mapped a full value ladder: a free masterclass at the top, core programmes in the middle, and group and membership offers above them. The key pricing move was a six-payment plan on the core programme, so a committed buyer could start without one large outlay.
We then built the funnel: masterclass pages, the sales funnel copy and an email sequence that carried every lead from registration to the offer, with full lead and purchase tracking. We targeted countries by spending power and interest in the niche, and set cost per lead as the main early KPI.
Launch, Then Message Testing
The campaigns delivered 130+ leads in the first 6 days at about AED 8 per lead, already under target, and the first core programme sales came within weeks, on the six-payment plan. We added video remarketing and a free live class with a full reminder and replay sequence.
Then Ambreen Hasan led a revamp built on what the first campaigns taught us. Niche coaching is hard to explain in one ad, so we tested the message, not just the creative: four communication angles across prospecting, retargeting and awareness, a new live masterclass page and a single sales page presenting three programmes side by side. Workshop sales followed.
A Website That Sells Every Programme
We rebuilt the website from the ground up, with a page for every 1:1, group and corporate programme and SEO on every page. We restructured it strategically, so each visitor finds the right programme quickly and has a clear next step, and laid it out so Anita can update it herself.
The Results
The same try-first funnel logic drives our coaching programme launches at a 4.6x ROAS.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do coaches get clients online?
Give people a free experience of the coaching first, then make one clear paid offer. The masterclass funnel we built for Anita Milovac generated 372 leads at AED 6.58 each, and programme sales followed within weeks. A coach’s best sales tool is a session that already helps the prospect, so the funnel should lead with it.
How much does a lead cost for coaches on Facebook ads?
A well-targeted coaching campaign can bring leads in well under AED 10. Our strategy for Anita delivered 372 leads at AED 6.58 per lead, about a third under the target we set before launch. Set a cost per lead target before spending, then judge it against how many leads attend and buy.
What is the best lead magnet for a coach?
For experiential coaching, a free masterclass or live class beats an e-book, because people need to feel the method before they buy. The masterclass funnel we built for Anita produced 130+ leads in its first 6 days. The class must teach something real, then point to one paid next step.
Should coaches offer payment plans on high-ticket programmes?
Yes. We structured Anita’s core programme with a six-payment option, and the first programme sales from our campaign came on that plan within weeks of launch. Payment plans lower the entry barrier without discounting the programme, which protects its value.
